We accept return requests within 40 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Products that have been opened, used, damaged, or altered may not qualify for a return.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for the return.
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a damaged product.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We will gladly provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
